Hotel a Volga

“Love it here! Nice friendly staff and clean rooms. Great breakfast every morning.”

“It absolutely pains me to leave a negative review, but I hope this helps other travelers. We chose this hotel because we needed a place to stay while we were doing an overnight ghost hunt at the asylum. We got in late on Friday night and our plan was to sleep in on Saturday so we would be ready for Saturday night. Sleeping in wasn’t happening here. At 8 am, staff were loudly cleaning in the hallways. I did poke my head out and ask that they be a little quieter and explained that we had a late...

“Although the hotel staff was friendly and apologetic, the overall experience fell well below reasonable expectations. Upon our arrival, we discovered that the hotel elevator was not working. We were traveling with two elderly family members who had considerable difficulty climbing the stairs. “Our room was very clean and well suited our needs for an overnight stay. The young man that signed us in was very friendly. Our room was at the back and not very handy to the breakfast area. We had to walk around the building to access the entrance. It was fine for us but may prove inconvenient for some. Unfortunately, there is no way to improve this because of the building. Breakfast was disappointing. Waffles, instant oatmeal packets and granola bars were the only choices. There was a juice...

“First night there, the room I was given was dirty. The floor had not been swept or vacuumed recently, the couch was covered in what looked like dog hair. The desk and night stands had not been wiped down and the refrigerator was dirty. They moved me to another room. It was better but the floors and couch were dirty. I ended up having to say two more nights and the cleanliness of the rooms was horrible. Same as I mentioned before. The microwaves and refrigerators were never clean, one...
