“Photos looked nice...the reality was bare, basic and certainly not well looked after
poor check-in, unclear policy about the pricing.
Terrible cleaning, two days no cleaning done....even cups in our room left dirty, no coffee added to the room, we were presented with a cheap bottle of wine to compensate..I asked for coffee not wine! When cleaning was "done" you could see it was not at all done properly.
In the building on the stairs and common areas poorly maintained and not clean as was...
