“The stay was great. The place was clean and nice. The pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed after 13 hour drive.”

“There was a sanitary longer for women's swim wear stuck to the wall in the room. Grimy feel to the floor. Bathroom didn't even include shampoo. Bathroom floor rug was not clean. Sink had not been cleaned, still had soap grime. Parking lot does not have enough spots for the number of rooms in the hotel. Had to park at the home depot across the way. Air conditioning unit made a terrible racket. Hotel was clearly understaffed.”

“While the room was very clean, the fridge in the room smelled terrible and caused the whole room to smell. No other rooms available. Also tacked on extra fees at check in because the reservation didn’t show correctly in their system. An event next door at the Ford arena caused the parking lot to be full out front, there was parking out back, but no back door so we had to pack everything around the hotel. There were also a bunch of drunk people from the event in the parking lot, they...

“Good for a quick stay”

“My trip overall I would say was very positive. The hotel made for a good stay and I can’t complement the staff enough with how professional and helpful they were. The only downside I would say is the maintenance of the overall facility, but I know it must be very difficult to keep everything pristine. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“Nice room comfortable bed! Upstairs guests were noisy at 3 am but was able to get back to sleep. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast this whole trip!”

“The noise from the neighbor industrial park starts at 7:00 AM every morning. They need to improve their sound proofing.”

“Overall it was just okay. The room itself has everything we needed but we had some issues. The A/C unit was loud and the fridge was making a high pitched sound. There was also a sticky spot on the carpet. The indoor pool was probably the most disappointing thing. The water was really cold and cloudy. The breakfast was decent and the staff were attentive and there was no issues getting what we needed. A solid 3 star stay.”

“There were stains around the bathroom sink, on the sheets, and on the pillows. There was dust and trash swept underneath the bed. The towels weren’t fresh. The water pressure was abysmal. The neighbors aren’t considerate of noise through the entire night and staff didn’t do much to help. By far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Go book at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson instead.”

“It is a great Hyatt hotel and our accessible room was wonderfully large and spacious with a separate living area from the bedroom. The bathroom was particularly helpful with my handicap. The only negative comment that I have is that when we return to our room the first night none of the towels had been replaced nor had the bed been made. We didn’t have enough and towels and wash rags to take it through the night. When we inquired at the front desk, the young woman was very sweet and told us that...

“When we checked in one of the beds were dirty. We called the front desk and she moved us. The rest of the stay was good. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was decent.”
