“We arrived on the heels of a snowstorm after driving 10 hrs. We were greeted by a well-dressed, highly professional desk clerk who efficiently and eagerly answered all of our questions and a few we didn't know to ask. I do not recall the woman’s name but she was a young woman from Great Falls. She was just a gem! Our room was clean, smelled great and the shower was perfect. Breakfast the next day was outstanding! “The one switch on the Wall to put the light on and off when you enter the room was not working, hence one had to scramble in the dark to turn individual light switches on. There was a lot of disturbance at night from the alternate side doors opening and closing, which could have been closed during the night.”

The front staff were ( always) in the back rather than being available when customers were present during a busy time. “Really not sure how this motel has an overall high star score. The night clerk with a missing tooth was so rude, its a motel & she said they had no extra pillows when the owner the next morning said they did. Beds were uncomfortable, hard, flat pillows, you pay for what you get!!!”

“I would not recommend staying at this property. While the facilities were clean and the front desk staff was friendly, we were charged again for our stay after paying in full through Expedia. I have attempted calling multiple times over the last week to get this issue resolved but each time I call I am told that the manager is not in and I will have to call again tomorrow. It’s been over a week and I cannot even speak to the manager to start the process of getting my refund back. ”

“Service and amenities were good. Property condition was ok as the property is already old and indoor was dark that stretches to the pool area. The pool towel they provide was already old-it has seen better days, thin from too much wash and no longer absorbent, and rough to the skin. ”
