“Beautiful hotel even looking through storm Claudia! The food was first class in the restaurant with some of the best chicken I've tasted. The room was lovely and little touches like light coming on when you opened the cupboard & a night light in the bathroom added to the stay. Bed was soft and comfortable. Very pleasant stay with lovely staff and if we ever go up that was again, definitely high on our list to stay: just hope the weather is better :-)”

“There's no lift so guest has to bring Luggages up and down the stairs. Rooms' doors have been painted and re-painted many times, bad looking ! Shower plate has many damp spots”

“Sono stata in questo hotel per lavoro per tre notti. Solitamente scelgo il Leonardo in Europa come catena di hotel in quanto mi trovo benissimo con le stanze ed il servizio. La posizione non è male, essendo situato abbastanza in centro ma questo hotel non è stato per nulla come gli altri Leonardo in cui sono stata. Le stanze sono piccole e per arrivarci ci vuole molto tempo in quanto non so che succede con i quattro ascensori ma si creano code per aspettarli. Inoltre la cosa più deludente è...

“un posto davvero da sogno ! molto curato, giardini bellissimi ed interni davvero raffinati e di stile ! camere molto belle e pulite , personale disponibile. un po' difficile da trovare sul navigatore e coordinate inesistenti sul sito e in albergo questa è stata l'unica difficoltà che abbiamo riscontrato ! Assolutamente fantastico torneremo di sicuro”

“The whole of the structure is amazing, my room was nice, however I was put at the back of the hotel next to the restaurant and all night there was a buzzing machine sound. Not being a good sleeper at the best of times, it did affect my night’s sleep. ”
