“The hotel was located within 5 minutes to Gateway airport and close to Texas Roadhouse and other restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint we had was we had asked for a wakeup call, for we had an early flight. We never got the call! ”

“The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER! ”

“The room was cleaned and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The property was in very nice condition. However my only complaint is the quality of the mattress and linens. Very subpar for 2026. The sheets are very thin and the mattress was a spring mattress that had body indentations on it. Did not sleep well at all. If they would improve that I would stay more often, otherwise I’ll only use it in an emergency.”

“Very nice lobby area and decent buffet. Loved the pool table and pool for kids. Lack of any laundry area was a big drawback when traveling with kids.”

“We were early so it took forever to check in. We were told there were no rooms available yet, even though we prepaid, but as we sat in the lobby for about an hour other people came in and were given a room. The room we finally received was noisy. You could hear everything going on outside from the second floor. Heating/cooling system was very strange to configure so i would suggest a how-to for guests.”

“Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and in good condition. Only downside was the waffle batter dispenser kept breaking but staff assisted acknowledging the need for a new one. ”

“We found our 2nd floor room to be clean and tidy. Towels were restocked every other day per our request. We slept comfortably every night! Breakfast was what you would expect from a quick hotel breakfast. There were breakfast sandwiches one day, mini breakfast burritos and bacon the following day, plus the usual pastries, bagels and oatmeal. We appreciated there being plenty of restaurants and a few grocery stores near by. ”

“ I stayed at this La Quinta Inn last night and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff member, Elise (I hope I got her name right), was incredibly polite and helpful—she truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. This particular La Quinta is exceptionally quiet, which made for a very restful stay. In fact, it’s one of the best locations I’ve stayed at. Keep up the great work! I would definitely return.”

“Not very clean You could see daylight under the door bc it had a huge opening between the floor and door Several spiders crawling on the ceiling Plastic couch had big black marks on it. This place is sketchy and for what it costs, go somewhere else”
