“Camera sporca, materasso scomodo e vecchio, rumori dalle altre camere per via della non insonorizzazione. Ascensori bloccati. Parking solo con car valet a 69 dollari… Personale gentile ma l’hotel non vale veramente il prezzo. Deludente…”

“Nice location, easy to find, not far from the airport. Good starting point to visit Austin Capitol, UT, and the parks along the Colorado River. Many good restaurants and 2nd st shopping district at walking distance. Would stay again.”

E' un landmark di riferimento con buoni spazi comuni ma per quanto riguarda le camere e soiprattutto i bagni sono entrambi angusti e non particolarmente gradevoli. Per un prossimo soggiorno preferirei certamente una delle tantissime strutture più moderne presenti nelle immediate vicinanze.”

“You guys ruined my birthday weekend!! My initial reservation was canceled the day of arrival and was told by your representative that my replacement was equal to or upgrade and it was NOT!! When I asked if you all could find me another hotel, I was told that you could not accommodate me. So, I canceled that reservation and stayed at a Marriott which costed me another $900+ on top of what I already paid you!! I will never use this service again and will be sure to advise others to do the same....

“Not as pet friendly as what you would want, partly because of the location in the city, but also just the feel of the place, unless your dog is tiny (can be carried), suggest not trying to bring them. My biggest concern was the fact that I booked with Expedia and got multiple double charges from the hotel. Took multiple calls with Expedia agents and multiple visits to the front desk before getting told it’s fixed, still awaiting “pending charges” to either undo or correct, so be careful checking...

“El edificio en general es muy viejo. Igual las habitaciones. Se ve que le falta una remodelación grande. La habitación cómoda, baño de buen tamaño. La limpieza la hacen demasiado tarde y mal. El personal es muy amable.”
