“The hotel is well maintained, exceptionally clean, has wonderful linens. We stayed in an upstairs room with very narrow winding staircase with no handrails. Difficult to navigate as we are a senior couple. The room was small, but well appointed. “Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location but not within walking distance to the Charleroi airport. Good hotel shuttle service provided by hotel. Upon arrival to the airport, I called them and they were very prompt at getting to the airport. The following morning they took me back to the airport and the ride is about five minutes. “Albergo in fase di ristrutturazione per cui servizi piuttosto carenti, camera confortevole, ma certamente non bella. Bagno pressofuso nella plastica stile giapponese. Il difetto principale è la mancanza di collegamenti per cui o si arriva con la propria auto o bisogna far chiamare un taxi per qualsiasi spostamento. Il personale è gentile e collaborativo.
