“We checked into the Marriott hotel around 5 pm. Placed our things in our room and left for dinner. Returned and decided we wanted to shower and settle in. WE were very disappointed with the room not been properly cleaned. The towels were all dirty and appeared they had been used and rehung for the next guest. The bed sheets had not been changed. “We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived! We were provided bottled water and cookies. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. The continental breakfast was good and the staff kept all the different food items stocked. The staff was always polite and eager to assist if needed.”

“This hotel did not meet the reputation associated with a Marriott hotel. The mattress was old, haggard and bumpy; very uncomfortable to sleep in. It should have been replaced a long time ago. The pillows were all equally hard and uncomfortable. Ended up using a decorative pillow instead. When I tried calling the front desk, the phone didn’t work either. What a great disappointment.”

“The room seem to be hurriedly cleaned if you can call it cleaned. The coffee maker still had the coffee filter from the last guest in the coffee maker. There was only one paper cup in the room for 2 guests. The bathtub was so stained it looked like it had not been cleaned. The toilet needed to be worked on as you had to flush twice to get it to flush. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted as the freezer part was almost full of ice and looked as it had not been wiped out in sometime. The...

“I would definitely stay here again. There was plenty to choose from at the breakfast station. Nice location also.”

“Parking was ok, air conditioning was good. The room and linen was dirty. Staff was cordial I had to buy Clorox wipes to wipe down the room. Everything was dirty even when I asked for clean towels they were not clean.”
