“The history of the property is alluring. The bed was so comfortable and inviting. There were so many things that we wanted to do that we could not in the time that we were there. We did have a slight issue with not being able to find an innkeeper when needed, but we never had any issues other than that. We would definitely return. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“A real gem for those wanting a private vintage experience in the West End. We enjoyed the ambiance of a small Inn with just 6-7 named rooms all with period decor and spacious upgraded bathrooms. Pool table, parlor, porches and beautiful grounds. A short, safe walk to some of the best local restaurants. A true find. Thank you”

“The Brookstown Inn is our favorite place to stay when visiting Winston Salem. We have stayed multiple times and it’s always great! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The historical feel of the property is nice and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a great breakfast, wine and cheese hour and milk and cookies at night. We always enjoy our stay here!”

“This is a 123 year old property, so naturally doors didn't fit perfect, etc. But this was once of the greatest nights I spent. The staff was a joy, and to find out that the owner of the house was the nephew of the founder of my hometown in Virginia was priceless. I will be back.”
