“The staff at the front desk were friendly and supportive. However, the place looks like it's been neglected and there was construction repair going on in the front of the hotel overhang. It looks like a truck or tractor trailer that was too high hit the bottom of the overhang in front of the hotel and it looks like it is collapsing. That's the first thing you see when driving onto the facility which is an eyesore. The hotel luggage carriers were filthy and looked like they were never...

“Stayed here overnight on our way to the beach. It was the perfect overnight stop. Front desk was very friendly, the hotel was clean, and the pool was a nice bonus! This location is in a convenient spot as well. Close to stores, gas stations, and restaurants.”

“The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. She cursed at my partner in front of the manager with no consequence. We could not check into our room until 4:57pm and check in was 3pm. We were told by the manager check-in was not 3pm despite it being advertised in every room, Expedia, and the Hilton website. There was no accommodation made for the inconvenience. The manager said if he could do anything he would, but proceeded to charge me $12 for two sodas and a bag a chips upon...

“The rear door from the parking lot was locked open providing no security. The pool was unfilled in mid-June, the cover was ripped and the leaves and debris filling it was a mosquito invested green swamp. The staff was great but the owner/management needs to make maintenance and security a priority. I wouldn't have stayed if I knew the pool and door were inoperable. The staff and ease of access to the highway are this locations redeeming qualities.”
