“The reservations made through Expedia for a handicapped accessible room were not honored by the hotel at check-in. A dishonest front desk attendant tried to blame Expedia for the mix up, but it was indeed the hotel location that messes up my reservation. ”

“This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. “While the room was clean. That’s all…..no closet to hang your clothes…. Not even a rod….,No place to put your clothes. If you like living out of your suitcase, then this hotel is for you.
