“Dear General Manager, ​I am writing to formally bring to your attention the unacceptable conditions we encountered during our recent one-night stay at your Walterboro, GA location. We arrived and checked in at approximately 10:00 PM, having paid $180 for the night. ​Upon arrival, we discovered that the elevators were out of service, forcing us to use the stairwells. “The man at the desk was Horrible and had his children doing the housekeeping. We are still attempting to verify we only paid once. The pool was Green. Real bad things happening at this property and most of the surrounding area. Be Careful”

“The rooms were really nice, clean, stylish. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Parking was ample abd they are Pet Friendly. My only complaint was i was on the bottom floor which is what i needed, but im pretty sure the people above me had dogs that were running back and forth all night and i mean all night so i wasnt able to enjoy sleep”

“My TV didn’t work. The front desk person tried over and over again to get the maintenance guy to fix it. He never showed up. As long as I was there he never even responded.”
