Hotel a Warren

“Booked this hotel for a quick stay for my family while traveling. The pool was ice cold (my kids were so excited to swim but only could last 10 minutes because they were shivering so badly.) and the hot tub was broken. ”

“The front desk clerk at check in was so nice, the room was the perfect temp, bed soft and pillows just right. Amazing water pressure so you can take a good shower and it doesn't take 5 hours to rinse your hair”

“This place is Disgusting and run down my room was gross and not clean what so ever I question if the sheets were even changed. I checked in at 9pm and left at 3 am I couldn’t sleep I was so grossed out I had to get out of there of course there was no reception around at 3 am to voice my complaints so back on the road I went all tired. ”

“We got to the hotel had our reservation i already paid for, wanted me to pay for it again, gave us the wrong room- one bed 3 people kept tell me the will fix it needed to talk to the gm and would call me back. Never fixed anything never called back. Hotel wasn't super clean as expected. Beds were horrible. Front staff lady made sure i knew constantly i booked with a third party and made me feel as if i should be looked down upon for that. We had friends staying there and i tried to book through...

“Clean room, nice lobby area. Parking is a little tight but they do have a couple of areas so it worked out. Staff is excellent. I forgot my book in my room, I called and they were quick to locate it after I had checked out. Very nice place to stay. ”

“Traveling as a solo woman can be tough. La Quinta may be the less expensive option (sometimes), this one in particular was very disappointing. My phone didn’t work in the room and no one could fix it. My door didn’t latch by itself because of the soft close door function. I asked for a refund and they gave me a hassle. Ugh, no thanks”

“Rooms are starting to ahow some age, but were clean and comfortable. ”

“This property needs TLC. Outdoor area had quite a lot of trash. The room had furniture with holes, loose tile work in the bathroom, and stains on the ceiling. There was something smeared on the wall behind our door. Not the quality we’ve come to expect from the Holiday Inn Brand.”
