“I would not recommend this resort to families at all. We paid a good price to stay here and the water park which was set to open at 9am was still not open at 11. A visiting family told us that they had been there for 3 days and this has happened to them each day. The room was filthy! Hair on all of our bedsheets, hair, dirt and crumbs behind each bed, wet sheets for the pull out couch in the dresser with no blankets. Microwave was filthy, stuff splattered all over. “Room was clean. Staff was pretty good too. Only problem was the room I booked said “breakfast included”. It was not included. It was 20% off in the restaurant. That was misleading. I chose this place because it had a pool and breakfast included. For that reason I would not stay again.”

“Had to ask for clean linen because the bedding looked dirty and not changed. Pool area was down. So no pool, no hot tub. Wasn’t aware as they never told us. Breakfast they offer is a joke. Everytime I went down they had 2-3 packages of plain oatmeal, barely any milk or cereal and a half loaf of bread that sat there for almost the 2 weeks I had stayed here in total.
