The Space:

Step into your cozy Alexandria studio, a thoughtfully designed retreat in a charming three-story multi-family building. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchenette with pots, pans, utensils, and a coffee station to start your mornings right.



Unwind in the stylish lounge area, featuring custom local art and a 42” TV for entertainment. The plush queen bed with soft linens ensures a restful night’s sleep. Your private bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essentials for a refreshing stay.



Stay organized with a spacious closet, complete with hangers, an iron, and a hairdryer. Enjoy meals at the cozy dining nook or relax with a cup of coffee in the inviting seating area.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the front door of the building with a smart lock, and will then need to walk up the stairs to the unit and use your unique code on the smart lock on the door of the unit to gain access. There is a FREE shared laundry in the basement of the building that you will have unlimited access to. Detergent is provided.



Parking: The first three hours of street parking are FREE in front of the building. You need to move your car every three hours for it to remain free. The sign will say 3 hour parking between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday so outside of those days and times, you do not need to move your car. *****Please note: other streets and parts of Old Town have different time/day restrictions and some areas do require payment.



The King Street metro station is about a 15 minute walk away, which serves as your best access to DC and the surrounding areas of Virginia, Maryland, and DC. Old Town Alexandria also has a FREE trolley called the King Street Trolley that has stops every couple of blocks along King Street that runs between the waterfront in Old Town and the King Street metro station. It operates seven days a week between 11am and 11pm

There is a $1,000 fine for any sign of smoking in addition to cost to replace any damaged items. There is a $1,500 fine for partying, including large number of unauthorized guests and sustained elevated noise. All unapproved late checkouts will incur a $25 per hour fine.
