The hotel did not honor our reservation for a double room despite having told us that we would be moved to the requested room the day following our arrival. Sofa bed in the king room was extremely uncomfortable and the springs were coming through the “mattress”. The air conditioning in the room felt like we were in a wind tunnel the entire time with no way to adjust it - had to stuff a towel in the vent. The pool wreaked of chlorine and the breakfast was cold and not a good selection. Lastly, the onsite valet parking was an outrageous $50 a day. The area was decent just incredibly overpriced and full of trendy spots.

It was terrible experience ever, staff are so rude and don’t have any idea about room. I get 4 pm check in. In the check in instruction that checking time 3 pm. Even after I wait 1 hour. I definitely not recommend.

This property was the perfect location for me. It was clean, the breakfast was awesome. The staff friendly. Getting to the airport in the morning was quick and easy. Plenty of dining options in walking distance. I didn't give a perfect for the "area around the property" because you can't control the common element anywhere in DC but I didn't feel unsafe at anytime. I will definitely stay here again when traveling for work.

It's ok but nothing special. A/C unit EXTREMELY loud. Lots of noise outside in the morning, maybe trash getting picked up? No in-house dining, breakfast very mediocre, typical hotel breakfast food. Indoor pool that seems to have no heat, as it was very cold! And of course, outrageous parking charges, which may be true of all the hotels in the area.

The property was fine but we had a reservations for 2 queen room. 2 of them got one with a king size. Also the toilet was broken and we called and an hour ltaer had to call again. Theb the guy came to fix the door to the bathroom. Not the toilet. So fibally after 2 hours it was fixed

This is a great place to stay. We needed a room for 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) and the room did not disappoint. About a 7 min walk to the metro. Great dining options around the hotel. The only drawbacks are that the indoor pool isn’t heated so my kids froze a bit and there is no dedicated parking for the hotel. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Nice hotel! The only thing was that I had booked a queen doble bed and they gave me a king bed and sofa bed for the first night since they were fully booked for the first night. They were able to give me the room I booked and upgraded to a view room for the other two nights!

Here with kids while in DC. Professional and kind chexk in experience. Clean property, breakfast was excellent. There were a lot of people eating but they kept the food supplied. Parking, like the rest of DC, can be a headache. There is valet service which is more pricy than self parking but obviously easy. I tried to book a space through Spothero but that garage was closed when we arrived so we ended up finding another garage. There is a garage right next to the hotel but it doesn't take larger vehicles. But the one we found was just around the corner so not a bad deal.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Friendly staff who extended our checkout till 3 pm! Breakfast, which was included, was really good quality. Tatte bakery was next door. It is walkable to most places around. We didn’t use the valet parking and chose to find street parking or parking garage on Spot Hero, which costs much less than the $50 tax and tip that the hotel parking charges. It just takes a bit of effort and moving the car at certain times, such as the rush hour in DC. But if you want to pay that much, the valet would be much more convenient. We had our dog with us and didn’t face any problems. They charged a one-time $75 pet fee for a 4-night stay.

The service in the afternoon was rude. My room was 80 degrees and I had to ask for help to cool the room 4 times. Finally got someone only to have to move to another room. I saw other hotels surrounding this one that looked much cleaner and nice.
