We our beautiful apartment, meticulously designed to offer you a comfortable and memorable stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to make you feel right at home, whether you’re here for a vacation or a business trip.

1st Bedroom: Two comfortable queen-size beds to ensure a restful night's sleep.
2nd Bedroom: With one queen-size bed for ultimate comfort.
Living Room: A cozy space equipped with a TV and a sofa bed, perfect for relaxation and entertainment.
Two Full Bathrooms: Equipped with all the essentials for your convenience.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals with ease in our kitchen, complete with all the essentials.
Washer and Dryer: Enjoy the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit for all your laundry needs.
Damage Waiver Fee: A $36 damage waiver fee is included in your reservation, providing peace of mind for accidental property damage. Please read the house rules for more information.

We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.
For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation
The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind!
⚠️ Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a 100USD replacement fee. So keep them safe and dive into your vacation fun!
We do not provide bath towels.
Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space, only 1 parking spot. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
