“Bartender was so fun and nice. But trying to find someone at the front desk was a little challenge. But she finally showed up to help us and was so kind. We were at the very back of the hotel and had little to no Internet so if you stay and have to work, make sure to stay close to the office.”

“Found this little gem when I was travelling for HS reunion, clean, comfortable and more amenities then some luxury branded hotels. Staff was very friendly and the room we had was the full length of the building (front to back) with a sitting room (sofa, side tables, table with chairs, microwave, kitchen sink, dishes and multiple packets of regular coffee - Wolfgang Puck brand for the single brew machine. “Okay for a one night stay in order to be near family we were visiting. Room smelled musty, bathroom was good sized and seemed clean but room itself felt a bit shabby. Front desk staff member when we checked in was polite enough but not friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.”

Dog friendly but the place is full of uncleaned dog poop. When I was promoted in the app for a review i left a star, which then made the staff call me at 1030 PM!!! To question my low stars. “Breakfast buffet and the lovely staff who stocked it were wonderful! The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating and were so sweet to my granddaughter when they found out it was her birthday. My only negatives - I had a five-night stay and never got housekeeping service. So had to ask the front desk for fresh towels. The air conditioning unit in the room was sporadically super noisy and the light in the bathroom would flicker and flash.”

“The building and grounds need maintenance. There's rotting window sills and rain damage on the ceiling, spots of bleach on the carpets and the doorknob of a closet came off in my hand. The TV in the room is incredibly small, the size of a computer screen. You don't come to a hotel to watch TV but like showers, you expect a nice experience. The breakfasts were ok, but not great.”
