I am sorry that you have not experienced a good stay. We are not a hotel and we do not offer parking. We try and help all guests as we know that parking can we difficult and have suggested that they can use on street parking free of charge after 6:30pm till 8am.

If all you need is a roof and a bed.....
.....it’ll do. Actually that’s unfair, there was a shared toilet and a shower too. It kept me dry, and gave me a place to lay my head and sleep. But other than that, I can not recommend it. Felt a bit grim, and room had not been very well cleaned. There was no address provided so all I could do was head to the dot on the map shown on the Expedia page. When I got there, there was no sign from the outside that I was in the right place. I tried contacting the host (who had been very responsive earlier in the day when it involved taking payment), who would not answer their phone. Just as I was beginning to think the place didn’t exist, and that I’d been ripped off, they called me back, and directed me to the house. As I say, no way you’d have known it was the right place otherwise. From that point on; fine. As I say, nothing good to say other than that it was dry and I slept.

Hi, Thanks for your honest feedback. Cleanliness wise, we'll definitely look in to this and will advise our cleaning team. Communication wise regarding check in instruction or how to access the property, we were sending emails to the Expedia/personal email that guests provided. Our line is open from 8am till 10pm UK time if you'll assistance when it comes to locating the property, however, the exact address of the property is already included in the check in instruction we're sending to guests. But if you didn't receive check in instructions prior your arrival time, there might be a problem receiving it to the Expedia/personal email address that you have provided. We usually send check in instruction 2 days prior your arrival date or as early as when you complete our requirements. Also, we're operating as self-check in service which means we don't have staff in the property. Again, thanks for your honest feedback and we'll surely do our best to improve our services.
