“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“Staff were helpful with a late check in. 95% clean and tidy. Unplugged the noisy bar fridge and the shower connection to the wall does not have long for this world, other than that no complaints. ”

“We stayed 1 night for waiting the flight of the day after. Staff was very professional and kind. The room was full furnished, clean and tidy. International Breakfast well served. Excellent the shuttle service to airport. Highly recommended.”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Beautiful accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood that is surrounded by reserves with native bush. The staff are very helpful (thanks for doing my laundry for me!). Our two bedroom downstairs unit had a ensuite and small kitchenette, couch, table and tv, but we could also use the main shared lounge/kitchen if we wished. “Never saw any staff, only talked by phone which was weird as it was during business hours. Parking was easy. The room was ok but not super clean, although the beds were comfortable. But the price was right for being not too far from the airport.”
