“The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it. “The hotel was almost ok except the bed. It is incredible that in 2022 they still use spring mattresses and the springs pop us and you feel them in your back the whole night. What a shame fornsuch a hotel chain”

“Excellent hotel , had a superior room with a view , but the only down fall was the air con wasn’t well in the room but other from that from the spa to breakfast top notch will be definitely returning in the future , the room was cleaned to a high standard to the staff on arrival was really welcoming, ”

“I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked.
