“Older but room with all amenities needed for an overnight stay. Having a microwave & fridge was very handy. Clean & tidy & pretty quiet. All up no issues. ”

“The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were ammenities in the room like a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean, little note on the water pressure in the shower it would change from hot to cold, potentially an issue there to resolve, but otherwise it was a great stay, will be returning if we ever go back to Melbourne. Thank you.”

“The Good: check in and parking was easy. We checked in late and found the SMS instructions to get the key from the keysafe very clear. Bed linen and towels were clean - which was a relief. Soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner was all fine. The Ugly: bathroom looked clean and could tell it was renovated. However we could tell it wasn't clean - did have marks on tiles that should have come off with a scrub. There was black muck on the shower screen that would come off with bleach. Carpets...

“The fruit was not freshly cut. The fresh juicer was broken. There were no glasses placed near the juice bar. The chicken sausages placed in the same heating compartment so if you can't eat pork, you can't eat the chicken sausages either. The rooms were very dusty and the hallway hadn't been vaccumed probably for months. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and accomodating which made my stay nice. Also, the lighting in the rooms are very poor”

“Staff went into my room when I was out the first night I was there some man was yelling and screaming for over 2 hours and the staff didn't do a thing about it and then he started again at 5.45am in the morning not a good stay”

“it's basic accommodation which is a little dated but provides value for money in a location that is very suitable for me, with an abundance of parking readily available. Nice and friendly, personalised and caring. ”

“Stay was terrible. No pillow, body wash and towels. Neighbour’s People were really loud and yelling because they were on government homeless support.”

“Parking good beds terrible curtains did not close properley letting in to much light. Could do with some update, power points under cupboards had to get on knees to plug in leads, no usb plugs ”
