Hotel a Waynesville

“The hotel seemed freshly remodeled. The room & bathroom were very clean & the bed was comfortable. Very nice large screen TV. No ice machine but they had prefilled ice buckets available which worked out okay but not ideal for making drinks as the ice cubes were froze in clumps. The breakfast offerings lacked a bit but were enough to get you by. For the price, it's an excellent place & I would stay there again.”

“Very nice place! Only things nearby are the American Legion and Bowling/Arcade place. Everything else is about 5-10 minute drive.”

“Most of the amenities they advertised were shut down, no bar, no pool, ice machines didnt work. Didnt have enough food for breakfast. ”

“Everything thing was great here. The room and common areas were clean. The staff was very friendly. Our only complaint would be the breakfast options. There wasn’t much of a selection when we stayed. One of the staff members mentioned that they were out of a lot of things and waiting on a delivery. It was a little frustrating traveling with 2 kids but we managed to find another place to eat. Overall, great stay.”

“A very clean, cute hotel with the most comfortable bed this weary traveler experienced! The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly & helpful. You’d be foolish to go elsewhere & spend more money. ”

“Breakfast was ok, hot tub out of order; room was ok but not the cleanest. The inside of bathroom door was very dusty and dirty, didn’t want to touch it and heat/air was noisy.”

“questo soggiorno è stata una piccola fiaba di poche ore. La casa risale all'Ottocento (è una villa) ed è registrata infatti nel Registro Nazionale statunitense dei luoghi storici. Entrando si viene subito trascinati in un'atmosfera magica perché le varie stanze sono rimaste arredate come un tempo: camini, grandi mobili in legno, palchetti originali e tanti piccoli oggetti curiosi (sarebbe lungo descriverli, vi consiglio una visita sul sito ufficiale della Vrooman Mansion). “Dated and old rooms. Peeling paint, bubling drywall. Patched and unpainted walls. Breakfast was barely existent and woeful. Not what one would expext for a $100.00 plus room.Wake up Red Roof Inns. Yes we like value but this one failed. 1st room smelled of cat urine and quilt was stained. Poor conditions overall. ”

“I was told I could get a roll away. No roll away. Told a room with 2 beds was the same price as the room with an inroom hot tub - another lie. Huge confusion. BS. and horrible customer service!”
