“Clean place with nice accessories. Be careful with the cabs from LGA. Quite pricey. We were comfortable walking to the ferry terminal. The steps were a good workout! I didn’t feel the neighborhood was bad, it just wasn’t great. Very noisy. Next time I’d weigh the cost to get back & forth to Manhattan for convenience purposes. It’s only money, right? 😉”

“Terrible. I expected so much better for the price. Location was great, but that's where the positives end. Staff for check in was incredibly rude. Kept stopping check in with me to assist other travelers. Then got to the room and it was stifling. Called the front desk who said they would send someone to work on it, but the AC never actually cooled the room. Also, the shower was a safety hazard. Very slippery. I actually fell and hurt my hip.
