Just minutes from groceries and dining options in downtown Welches, and only minutes from hiking trails and ski slopes, this charming retreat offers complete comfort in a forest-like setting. The private hot tub is a great way to relax after the day's adventures and the enclosed backyard features ambient string lighting for all-day outdoor enjoyment.

A full kitchen, memory foam mattresses, comfortable cotton linens, an electric fireplace, and smart TVs in every room meet all of your at-home needs. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Finally, please note that a sleeping area for this home is located upstairs, and the stairs to access are steep, so please be cautious when using.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cozy house w comfy beds

The house layout is nice and we enjoyed the hot tub and backyard privacy. The kitchen is nice space for cooking. Our only difficulty was the types of pans -their surface caused everything to stick even w plenty of oil. No brillo pad, impossible to get clean w a sponge.

Cozy cabin in the woods

Upon entering the house you will be in a very cute, small room that is the living room and dining area combined. There is an over-stuffed couch and an over-stuffed easy chair, giving seating for 3 comfortably. The pine wood floors look like the original floors, the corner fireplace is gas. But when we plugged it in it would not light with the remote provided. The wall heaters that run from thermostats on the walls are fine and we were kept plenty warm. The windows are large, but we felt that there was not enough light in the kitchen. A wall light over the sink or under cabinets lights would help with this. The table would not sit very many although there was seating for 6, the table would be too items needed for a meal. There are no TV trays in this house. The cabin sleeps six. In the main bedroom you will find a king-size bed. To get upstairs you will go up on a ladder that is built into the wall, very steep with narrow. The kitchen is a very well-appointed, one of the best we have seen in our travels. The dishes were plenty to feed everyone for the entire day without having to do dishes for the next meal. The stove and frig are newer. We found this kitchen and the entire house to be very clean and well kept. In the back yard there is a full fence for our dogs to remain safe to enjoy. There is a nice deck, tables and chairs, and a BBQ. The hot tub was a bonus. The trees are beautiful and sitting outside was a treat. But the house is very close to the highway.

It was great!

This is a cute quiet place to stay. Perfect location, off the beaten path but not by much. It was very clean and the hot tub was great. It's close to a grocery store and a fantastic restaurant called Naan N Curry! My husband who is not usually into Indian food even loved it. We had a little trouble with the code for check in but even that was resolved over the phone immediately. We would definitely stay there again!!

Fun lil getaway

Great location to kick off some adventures! Walkable to shopping center and food. Hot tub was just what we wanted! Only downside-- the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are very steep, and the hardwood floor is super slick. Use caution!

Girls ski weekend

The cabin was easy to find and I really loved that it had dog bowls. The hot tub was really nice. The only trouble we had was getting in as the instructions said to go to the lockbox at the back of the house when the combo was for the front door keypad.
