“stanza sporca con capelli neri ovunque, struttura praticamente con zero servizio, immensa, caotica, con scarse indicazioni per la reception, impossibile perfino fermarsi per scaricare i bagagli per il check in senza pagare il parcheggio $15 (cosa non menzionata da nessuna parte). Tante perdite di tempo. Totale assenza di gestione e indifferenza nei confronti del cliente. Addebito di resort tax $38…per che cosa? Brutta esperienza. Peccato perché la struttura in sé è notevole e bella.”

“Smelled moldy in room and called way ahead to alter dates and was told no to any modification to reservation! What a rip off for one night! ”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The mini fridge, microwave and table with 2 chairs are good accommodations to have a casual meal or snack and avoid the need to eat out. The staff was friendly and helpful. I received an upgrade to my room on the day I checked in since it was off season and there were open rooms. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay so close to the beach.”

“Bed linens were dirty - multiple hairs on the sheets/comforter. Only one bed was dirty was perhaps it wasn’t cleaned between guests? There were also multiple hairs in the bathroom. When we asked for a linen change, the front desk responded that housekeeping was not available. But, they could send linens for us to change. Lots of hallway noise/able to hear normal conversations from the neighboring room. ”

“Parking was very easy. The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very courteous.”

“Clean room well kept . Cold upon arrival but heat worked great. Beautiful view of the ocean even while laying in bed. No elevator doesnt bother me but just know that if you're planning on staying on the 3rd floor. Just stayed one night so not much more to include. Definitely would stay again.”

“After checking in, I was charged two additional charges for no apparent reason. I called the front desk to ask why, but I received no reasonable explanation, and they simply told me that I had to pay the amount. It was ridiculously expensive.”

“Breakfast at breadsticks cafe took about 35 mins to be served but the food was good. Unfortunately we were booked a corner room where the view was of a roof right below the pool . The quality of food at quick bites was just okay . The soup is the best thing there and the pizza was disappointing as they don’t keep it in the oven long enough , you’ll enjoy it if you like soggy pizza. However, The rooms were spacious and staff is friendly. ”

“Beautiful space. The weather was cold while we were at LBI but you almost don’t need to leave this hotel, it’s really nice inside and the pool is indoor but has a windowed ceiling and you feel like you are outside.”
