“I liked the way that we could park the car right in front of the room. That was very convenien. What I didn't like though, was the fact that there was not any continental breakfast as claimed. The breakfast option was very limited to some muffins and corn flakes. This is not continental breakfast!. On top of that there is not any dining room.”

“I was on Expedia making a last minute reservation the evening of check-in. I accidentally selected this property instead of another I wanted. I immediately called Expedia to explain my error. Expedia called Hampton Inn to explain the situation and request a waiver of their non-refundable rule. Hampton Inn bluntly refused, knowing full well that there would be no one checking-in for that room. It was a classic case of “we’ve got your money now and it sucks to be you.” We never got a refund.
