Hotel a West Hamlin

“This is a nice property that's clean, has good service, and the casino was bigger than expected. Was there on a Friday night and they had plenty of slots to choose from, plenty that were available, and a nice variety of table games with room to join. Service was mixed here with some being great and occasionally feeling ignored. All in all, we'd stay again as Charleston is a typical stopping point for us on road trips.”

“We had a very spacious and clean room with a very comfortable king sized bed. The hotel was very quiet and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, but didn't offer very many choices. I will be staying here again on my next trip to the area.”

“Overall, this hotel served its purpose as an affordable overnight stop for travelers just passing through. The customer service was friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the stay. I also appreciated that the security deposit was processed using the card already on file instead of requiring a separate transaction. “Check in was great and appreciated the young pregnant lady who checked me in. She informed me the two elevators for customers to us was down. And would have to use the freight elevator. The hotel was packed. My first night was interrupted many times by people talking loud and slamming doors. I was put on the 5th floor and as a senior citizen I thought I better try the stairs. If there was a fire it would be tragic and many lives at stake including mine. Found out the elevators will be out...

“Updated property. Nice mattress and bedding. Bathroom as extra small and the toilet is absolutely low and tiny. Plenty of parking (we had a trailer) and safe.”
