“I prefer to support small businesses, so I chose RVInn. It was a good place to stay even if the rooms are smallish 1950s size. But the nice people running the business were great and I recommend this for your stay in the Pioneer Valley. ”

“The AC was great. The mattresses seemed new and comfortable. The outlet in the bathroom did not work so had to dry our hair in the entry way. There were some small ants seeming to come in from by the window and under the fridge by the desk. The breakfast was a poor selection and poor choices. Only Trix for cereal. We left and went elsewhere to eat and get coffee. ”

“The breakfast buffet was very good with great variety. I also liked pots of hot coffee in the lobby available all day. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Perhaps it was because my room could be an adjoining room, but we could hear everything next door. Our neighbor called to complain about our tv volume, so I guess they could hear everything also.”
