“As soon as I walked in to my room, I called the front desk. I requested that Sean someone to place the two very heavy closet doors back in their tracks so we can use the closet. They never sent anyone. We had to hang our clothes around the room. Some areas in the walkways had missing stone work. Place is nice, but not Paradise at all. Shame”

“We got upgraded and the two bedroom was amazing. A full kitchen, two bathrooms (both with a shower and tub and the master bathroom had keys in the tub, 3 beds (1 king) and plenty of room. Plus, we had our own patio with furniture. The kitchen had every utensil you could think of and they even provided laundry detergent for the washer and dryer that were in the villa.
