“Terrible Customer Service – Will Not Return I accidentally left my USB charger in the room and called to check if housekeeping had recovered it. The representative, Mike, was incredibly nonchalant and dismissive. Rather than checking on my missing item, he bizarrely started questioning me about an ice bucket. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I am furious with how I was treated and will absolutely never stay here again."”
