“Everything was amazing! Our only issue we encountered were all the spiders we found in the hotel pool. Which is something that can’t always be avoided.”

“There were dead roaches on the floor in the hallway. The main lobby was hot and humid. The floor tile was cracked in multiple places and the hallway carpet was loose and buckled as we rolled our luggage to the room. The room was muggy with the curtains having mold and the wall plaster peeling from the wall. The toilet seat was coming off, not just loose it was missing the nut to tighten. The door did not sit correctly when closed. I am never allowed to choose the hotel again.”
