“Our one-night stay at Boscombe Spa Hotel was comfortable and convenient. The room was clean, and the service was friendly and efficient. We appreciated the amenities, including tea/coffee facilities with a kettle towels and soap dispensers (shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap).
On check in we were offered breakfast, which we declined. Although we weren't sure if there was an additional charge, the gesture was appreciated.

“We see the reviews and really took a risk as there was not many good ones.when we arrived the hotel does look a little tired it needs a little love and attention to detail but we was pleasantly surprised with our room it was airy and clean and that was our main concern.also we got a up grade so that was a bonus for the price you can’t go wrong tbf everything is near so that’s always a bonus 👍”

“Great hotel, super friendly staff, lovely swimming pool. Awesome breakfast served by fantastic waitresses who were lovely.
Good sized room and excellent shower, floor a little creaky and bed slightly hard but to be expected in a property of this age. No evening meals unfortunately but plenty of local food options nearby. A little bit of noise in the morning from the coaches running their engines first thing, not excessive.
Overall very happy with our stay at Laguna, nice old fashioned style...
“Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in occasione di un concerto al pavillon theatre. Ideale per raggiungere il teatro, cinque minuti a piedi. Noi abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento della stanza, dopo vari tentativi di risolverlo, accensione di stufetta elettrica un poco desueta, su insistenza ci hanno cambiato la stanza, più spaziosa e se vogliamo caratteristica essendo in mansarda ma con i letti oggettivamente un poco sfondati. “Simon and Vanessa are amazing hosts. The room was beautifully and the breakfast was delicious, highly recommend the full english breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.”

“First time at this hotel & it was lovely and clean.staff are friendly. 5 min walk to the lovely beach.
Loved all the memorabilia in the hotel.
Good value for money too. ”
“Check in was friendly and welcoming. Ate a snack in bar,service was quick and food was excellent. Bathroom had bio friendly soaps,which considering the seaside location, I thought was a good idea.overall a good experience.”
“Very clean and very friendly staff. Rooms were decently sized, and we had very little disturbance and noise. Beds were comfy and clean.
We paid extra for breakfast which was decent and worth the money (a hot breakfast which is brought to your table and cereal, pastries and hot drinks that you can get yourself). Great location for the quay and old town, with shops, restaurants, pubs and many boat trips nearby.
If we were to return to the area we would come back here. ”
