“If you’re planning a trip to the St Jacob’s Market. This hotel is within walking distance. Our room was large and clean. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant so I didn’t rate the breakfast. As an EV car owner. There were plenty of charging stations available. The staff were very friendly, and accommodating! We recommend. ”

“The room was clean and very big with a kitchenette, sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. The property was being renovated so no pool or restaurant available, but the Conestoga mall is right across the street and a couple of close by restaurants made up for it. Very friendly and helpful staff at the desk and breakfast bar.”

“I've stayed at the Laundry Rooms about 5 times in the past year and the rooms are great. The rooms are always clean, spacious and better equipped than most hotels. The balconies have some great views. The check in process is quick and easy. I also really appreciate that they're flexible and accommodating with early arrival times and later check outs when I requested them. This is my preferred place to stay in the KW area and I would highly recommend it, especially if you have a longer stay.”

“Gentleman at checkin was nice. Room was spacious, i had a microwave, fridge and even a kitchen type sink. Bed was ok, not soft like fancy hotels but I wasn't expecting that for the price I paid :) I was comfortable for the night. Parking was right outside my door. Drop box for keys for easy checkout. ”
