“Esperienza terribile, da italiano sono rimasto disgustato da come è tenuta la struttura e purtroppo ho dovuto passarci una notte siccome sono arrivato tardi e non avevo altre possibilità. È presente dello sporco in generale tra corridoi hall ecc, la vicinanza all autostrada rende le camere molto rumorose e alla richiesta di cambiare stanza dal lato opposto dell hotel ci ha cambiato stanza mantenendo il lato verso l autostrada, la stanza e corridoi avevano un odore sgradevole, la doccia non...

“Definitely would not recommend staying here. Staff was extremely rude. Stayed here for 3 nights not once was our room cleaned. We were also told that we had to bring the dirty towels ourselves to the lobby in exchange for new towels… then what’s the point of having house keeping? To top it off, there was NO bathroom door… and they wouldn’t give a different room or give a discount/any accommodation. Worst stay ever.”

“First room the toilet wouldn't flush and there was no water in the tank, ROACHES and stains in tub. room was filthy and the clerk was extremely rude. Had to wait 45 min to ck in bc there was no one there. 2 employees arrived and couldn't start because doors were locked and no one was there. 2 room no TV, extremely noisy people kept me awake all night including one man that knocked then sounded on my door only to realize he had the wrong room. No phone to call the rude clerk to tell.”

“It’s only one person working at a time. Telephone in the room doesn’t work. The tv only stayed on one channel, maybe the remote didn’t work. The hot water in the shower did not work. Wasnt able to ask for extra towels. No cups in the room. Elevators are raggedy. Breakfast .. they did the best they could. Loved that parking was free.”
