Motel a West Phoenix

“Evitatelo! Noi ci siamo capitati per caso perché non trovavamo niente di libero. Aperto Expedia e prenotato il primo hotel disponibile. Zona malfamata con brutti giri, la stanza lasciamo perdere.. vecchia con mobili rotti, capelli ovunque, lenzuola e teli macchiati. Avessimo speso 40€ posso capire, ma ne abbiamo spesi ben 150€!! ”

“The room was supposed to be a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke”

“First room was dirty and asked for a new room, second room had poo on the floor next to the bed. Left property to stay somewhere else”

“The place smells and is roach infested”

“First room had one bed, reservation was for 2, smelled heavily of Marijuana, and was dirty. Went to get this corrected and the front desk person explained that she got my reservation mixed up with another one because she was having a prior conversation. Second room has 2 beds and smelled not as strongly. Sheets were dirty. Didn't look at anything else. 3rd try, two beds. Dirty sheets, one set of towels, sink, toilet, tub, every surface in that room was dirty. Even after buying my own cleaning...

“No frig in room and ice maker broken.”

“Clean affordable and close to Old Scotsdale.”

“Odore in camera, cuscino scomodo. Personale presente e disponibile”

“Thank you”

“Sporco e rifiuti ovunque anche sulle scale e nel parcheggio! Il bagno lercio! Senza asciugacapelli, senza microonde, senza frigorifero! Macchie di sporco nel bagno e camera non spazzata! Rumore, rumore, rumore!!!! Pessimo posto! Andate altrove!!!”

“Key card stopped working and then claimed that my room was not in my name.had Expedia customer care reach out to them that they had internal error, yet they refused to budge and called the police. I showed police booking information and spent 12 hours locked outside all night on the sidewalk. My wallet and personal belongings were locked in room and couldn’t retrieve anything until the lady who booked me in acknowledged I was a guest. Worst experience with any hotel I have ever had”

“Air conditioning was cold. Room was cleanish. Overall, a decent place to stay for its price.”
