“It’s a nice hotel, I liked the decor and room was clean. I didn’t hear other guests apart from some occasional hall door slamming (but nothing too bad). However there was strange vibrating noise in my room that would go on and off every day, super annoying. Not sure what it was perhaps some ventilation installed on the roof or in the walls because in my room nothing made noise.”

The co-located Garden Bar and restaurant is very nice with hip sports bar thing going on. The junior suite room that we stayed in was modest, functional and comfortable. We had upgraded to a Deluxe Garden Room, only to be told at check‑in that loud weekend functions would affect our room — and were then offered a move to a quieter suite for an extra £20 per night. Ho spiegato al reception diverse volte e sempre loro risposta era we will inform management. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni senza nessun soluzione e ultimo giorno ci hanno rimborsato 15 £. “Very nice Hotel, comfortable and clean room, friendly environment. I wish they could improve the breakfast time: starting at 0730 it is just way too late! I went to the restaurant at 0735 and they were still not fully ready and since is not a buffet, you need to actually order at the table is not something you can rush a bit if you have to go, so I was given a coffee and just one (1) pastry to take away. ”
