“The gym needed some improvement. And i am not a fan of pets in the breakfast area. The dog was NOT a service dog. And she petted her dog then went up to get her food at the breakfast buffet.”

“Rooms not serviced daily, must go get your own clean towels at the front desk. The bed mattress is cheap and VERY uncomfortable”

“Nice property. Wish the breakfast area was located somewhere other than the front door. And wish for more variety of breakfast items.”

“Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!”

“Comoda, pulita, personale molto gentile. Hanno trovato subito una soluzione per permetterci di fare il check in anticipato. Ottimo. La colazione in generale non era delle migliori, ma il problema più grosso era la mancanza di opzioni senza glutine. Sono celiaca, non mi aspetto di trovare molte scelte, ma nel 2025 non avere neanche dei biscotti confezionati o qualcosa di simile per eventuali clienti celiaci lo trovo veramente inaccettabile. La stanza aveva la cucina, quindi avrei potuto cucinare...

“We didn’t have any shower gel also there were hairs in our shower.”

“The breakfast was good, coffee etc. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. A/C worked well. The only issues were the back of the bathroom door was severely chewed up looking and badly damaged from previous guests and the upstairs occupants were loud and didn't quiet down until about 1:30am. For the cost, I rated it as ok/good. Location was great though right off I-40 west. Plenty of nearby restaurants available too.”

“I was informed that elevator has been out of service for two months and I was on the third floor with significant luggage.”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable. On the first night we stayed only one elevator worked and we had a long wait to even be able to get to our rooms. The laundry room was inaccessible. On the way home a week later, our second stay there the elevator STILL didn’t work. Luckily the staff person Dante was incredibly kind and gave us a first floor room!!! For the money I would probably find somewhere else to stay.”
