“Breakfast was ehhh”

“I had an issue with this hotel in the past where we asked for a late check-out to which we were granted, but the manager took it upon himself to then enter our room when I walked a load out... just as my wife was getting out of the shower. It was a whole big ordeal where I almost got the police involved and after this stay, I almost wish I had. It's been a few years since we've been to this location and it's under new management but I'll be damned if the same thing didn't happen this morning!...

“We stayed there for four nights. The beds were decently clean, yet the room has a stale smell, the bathroom fan was giving a weed smell for the first night. The staff was friendly and helpful. My recommendation for the management to add more towel drying racks in the bathroom and by the sink; replace stained and dirty mesh office chairs with a smooth surfaced chairs that will be easily to maintain in clean condition; and run the air conditioner on "dry" setting prior the guest's arrival. “Took a second try to get a half ready room. Seemed clean but had to dress bed myself with folded bedsheets left behind. Bring your own blanket!”

“Really neat hotel right across the street from Michigan State’s campus. Location, rooms, coffee all fantastic. And staff nice.”

“I choose the hotel as one of my other options had clearly mentioned their pool is going under maintenance.. decided to book this.. and for all my stay their pool area was not working, when asked it was a regular maintenance and would take couple hours.. however these couple hours lasted my whole stay.. my kids were disappointed”
