Hotel a Westport

“There was no daily housekeeping which was not a big problem except for emptying the trash. My television did not work because of the internet connection. Unfortunately it was after 8 pm so no one was at the desk. I called the after hours number but they were unable to fix it. ”

“To start the rooms were nasty and hair on the beds. Walls look like a muddy dog ran it’s body all over there was soda or wine stains on the floors behind the beds on the floor and when we went to leave we found what we believed to be bed bugs we have tossed all our clothes out and had no way informing staff. We had no internet access in our room and the heater did not work very well”

“The room was ok although as it an unstaffed hotel off season with front office shut and I arrived after 8pm I had an issue getting into it as they had given me entry instructions for one room, then changed my room without updating me. Luckily I eventually met a staff member in the car park outside who was living close by and helped me. Otherwise I might have been looking for another hotel. Parking was easy but there was no breakfast and overall it was convenient for my travels but not much else....

“Let me start by saying we love these cabins. They are super cozy, and we have come here multiple times. That being said, Cabin 2 had a few things left uncleaned from maintenance/unfinished work. A pile of screws left on the porch, maybe 10, a single hinge loosely hanging knee height from what appeared to be a screen door that was removed. The screws in the remaining hinge were half way removed, finger loose. Half the silverware was quite literally falling apart. Little plastic collars where...

“Siamo stati qui due notti e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Si tratta di un motel appena ristrutturato e quindi le camere hanno uno stile moderno e piacevole. Sono spaziose e pulite. Consigliato!”

“Nice room. I spent most of the time outside. Kitchen seemed to be stocked pretty well. Nice big fridge. I didn't see a hot plate or something similar for Cooking. Just a microwave. Not a big deal since I planned on eating out. I used the toaster for English muffins for breakfast. I did”

“The room was filthy other than a quick surface clean. The heat pump doesn’t work in tiny house 5 and they know it, but denied knowing. However its a 400sq ft cabin and that heat pump shoild be able to heat it, it was 61 degrees in there all night, with the heat turned up as high as it would go. They added a portable heater, a sign they knew. The entry door has so.muc water damage it is warped and really hard to open, really hard. If there was a fire, that is a liability. I told the property...
