“My room was nice and clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were super friendly and helpful during my stay. Breakfast was great too. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Ample onsite parking next to the pub for customers. Around a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The only negative for me was that there was a constant humming noise in my room during the day and evening, I think it was due the the extractor fans in the kitchen below. “We arrived late at night after leaving a hotel 15 minutes away that turned out to be dreadful. We felt so welcome here - the kindest, most welcoming people, and very cosy, spotless, pretty rooms, with welcome baskets of much-appreciated snacks. Very comfy, quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we needed. We will definitely stay again on our trips to visit family locally.”

It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy, with everything I needed (hair dryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, fresh water, toiletries).
