“The rooms are beautifully presented and the amenities were really nice. For a travel stop it was very convenient and the staff are friendly. The carpets in the rooms are suffering from wear and tear and could do with a better clean. The rooms needs a bit more of a clean in general. The shower also started dripping in both rooms (which were at other ends of the property) at around 3am which woke us up. We found it a bit strange to be put in rooms in completely different buildings despite...

“No door on the bathroom in the bedroom, which wouldn't be a problem if I couldn't see the toilet from the bed. If you'd like privacy when you go to the toilet, this might not be for you. But other than that, the venue is amazing and the staff were incredible”

“I can't really review this hotel because we didn't end up staying here. The hotel had no air conditioning and it was 97 degrees. I am older and can not stand the heat. The young lady that waited on me was great she was checking to see that under the circumstances they could refund me for the 4 night stay that I had reserved. I never heard back from anyone. “Bellissimo parco ed entrata importante, belle passeggiate tutto intorno. Purtroppo la nostra esperienza nel hotel e stata oscurata dalla sparizione di 3 articoli personali rubati dalla nostra stanza e della quale sparizione la direzione non ha voluto assumersi alcuna responsabilità. Uno degli articoli spariti dalla stanza erano un paio di Hermes sandali da donna nuovi dal valore di 580 euro. Mai più. Peccato davvero. ”

“Arrived and checked in quickly. Efficient young chap did all the preliminaries and we headed to our room. Room was in the main building at the front. Large room with plenty of wall lights and lamps as well as spot lights. Lovely sized room and bathroom. Plenty of boiling hot water as soon as the tap was turned. Beds were clean and very comfy. “I didn’t realise upon booking that the hotel has no A/C throughout, my room was 27 degrees, woke up at 2 am due to it being red hot and went and sat near reception as it was around 10 deg lower than the room, there was a free standing fan in the room which looked like it had done a few rounds with Mike Tyson, then just to top it off the fridge didn’t work at all, and when we reported it nothing was done. For £180 for 2 people for 1 night I could have stayed somewhere with a/c, a swimming pool &...
