“Staff was helpful and nice. Never got a chance to have breakfast, but it smelled delicious. Snacks were a great bonus! Hotel very historic and grounds beautiful.”

“nasty. smelt like cigarettes, got a smoking room when asked not to. sheets had stains, overall terrible experience. front desk was as helpful as one could be in that situation”

“The hotel is very clean. The rooms are large. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is fair. The location is good with lots of options for dining. One issue to keep in mind for travelers who are sensitive to road noise. Ask for a room away from the highway - route 30 (White Horse Pike.) Our initial room was the closest possible option to the road. We asked for a change and the manager moved us to the rear of the building which was much better.”

“The hot tub was good, but noisy took forever to fill. The bathroom was okay, but the linen, especially the towels were bad.They're old and coming apart. In the pillows where something out of world war two, they were so old and flat.If they just spend eight dollars at walmart, you could get pillows that were four times as good as what they had. Last but not least, the room smelled a bit funky. Couldn't quite put our finger on it. But it was definitely something out of the out of the...

“After checking in, I was charged two additional charges for no apparent reason. I called the front desk to ask why, but I received no reasonable explanation, and they simply told me that I had to pay the amount. It was ridiculously expensive.”

“Super nice staff and very clean room, very convenient as everything is around”

“Everything about the showboat was truly amazing. My only concern is how old the hallways are and the old carpet and smell. Not to mention how old the elevator and rooms are. For the price we paid o truly believe the rooms should be updated and with more newer items. Also the carpet after you get off the elevator is very nasty. The room was clean some what but again for the price I should have seen so much more.”

“In the twenty years staying here at this hotel. I had so many issues, our key cards stop working over five times. Even after being told don’t put next our phones. Putting cards in different locations. Still not working. But the worst thing coming from a day of shopping, whoever clean our room, musty body order in our room, that I had complain to the front day. Manager gave us free breakfast.which no vegan options. This hopefully things will improve next time”
