Hotel a White Plains

“The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and inviting. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, making it easy to find great places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.”

“It was an older property but when entered the room was impressed with how clean it was!! Nice staff as well!”

“Cobwebs in the corners of the rooms and bathroom. No coffee maker in the room skunks out front of the hotel at night.”

“I had checked in and minutes later got a call about a family emergency and had to leave immediately and was denied a refund request. Also I had to switch rooms because the first one the tub was completely stopped up and water just collected in the tub. The first room smelled of mildew. The second room reeked of pot. There was only one towel. I would rather sleep in my car then ever sleep at this hotel.”

“Room and hotel was very clean, however it seemed the last remodel or update was in the 1990’s. Everything was very dated and old.”

“By accident, I hit the smoking room button and when I asked to change the room, he told me that it would be more for a non-smoking. The room was disgusting. It smelled worse than a dead ashtray. All my clothes smell like smoke and an ashtray my luggage now smells like an ashtray. I didn’t sleep a wink by the time I was done I felt like throwing up There were toilets sitting outside my room. There’s drug addicts and lowlife everywhere. Please do not stay there. It was awful.”

“In their exercise room, the treadmill and the stairmaster were both broke and only the stationary bike worked. The carpet in the hallways was dated and needed to be replaced. The walls in the hallway were either dirty or had damage in places. The place smelled like cigarette smoke as well. Breakfast had NO fresh fruit at all. The room was fine but for the money, it's not worth it at all.”
