“As a Hilton Honors member, this was by far the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had.
I stayed at this DoubleTree in Denver for four nights, and the level of service was extremely disappointing. Despite making two separate requests, my room was never freshened up during my stay. Housekeeping simply did not follow through.
To make matters worse, I had to repeatedly request coffee refills for my room every single day. Something as basic as keeping the in-room coffee stocked should not require...

“This property does not provide breakfasts. You cannot get extra towels, it was a one for one exchange which is absolutely absurd. They didn’t even have hand towels to dry your hands off, you had to use up one of the two washcloths they gave you. When I asked about getting extra towels there was one guy that was very condescending in his tone when I asked him questions. The bed was very uncomfortable and was very squeaky when you would get on it and turn during the night. The bed slid around...
