“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything looked clean and well taken care of. Room was spacious and clean with clean towels and sheets. Walls were a little thin. The view of the river was gorgeous even in January. ”

“The room was clean and cozy. We had the room with the fireplace. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel location is very convenient and close to restaurants and shops. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings. Lobby is inviting with the fireplace. Great place for a getaway in the mountains. ”

“During our stay there was a big snow storm (14”!). The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests and make sure things ran as normal as possible. Many stayed all weekend at the hotel just to keep things running. It was a wonderful experience. This was our second stay in two years and has officially become our go-to resort in Gatlinburg! ”
