“Needs a better chef and menu”

“Fabulous place. Staff was excellent. Very helpful. I even left a jacket, and they found it and shipped it back to me. Location was perfect for restaurants and shopping, too. ”

“Nice painting on the wall. Both beds squeaked really bad. The room next to us beds squeezed also. We could hear them in the night doing something up and down in bed. The maid only made up the bed we slept in, nothing else. No new toilet paper nor towels.”

“I always stay here when i go to gatlinburg. They did have a hot breakfast which I miss but the employees are always sweet and helpful. In the 20 more times I ve stayed my room has always been clean.its the best location..never have to pay for parking everything is within walking distance! Plus the rooms are large!”
