For the climbers that descend (and ascend) upon this region, to what extent do they attempt to appreciate its local functions? Or do these outsiders, however well-intentioned, find themselves using "stewardship" and "conservation" as modern-day forms of that age-old impulse to save Appalachia from its own people? #appalachianechoes

Residence had everything I needed and the hot tub and fire pit make it a perfect retreat. If you want to get out and about; New River Gorge and Summersville are both close ...

We were in town for a wedding. The place was close to the wedding venue. The house was very clean, everything worked and seemed almost new. We would definitely stay there again.
