“Our room was gratefully upgraded so we had a view of the water and city. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Water is provided free of charge but on tap from the bar on level 7 so you need an empty water bottle. We love staying here because of the location and the buffet breakfast has all our favourites - hot staples, bakery, fruit fruit & yoghurt.

“You need to know that for late night check ins you must go in through the pub.
It's a little worn out but not the end of the world. Shower tap handles fall off. The sofa bed mattress is in terrible condition.

“Location was good for access to the tram, room kitchen contents was mixed as was cleanliness as I was not happy with the initial room we were given. “Excellent docklands location, Pool was wonderful, customer service was good except the staff member on the buffet breakfast, he was outstanding, really friendly and explained everything available to us, was very warm and welcoming. Everything was pretty clean and the pool was wonderful.
