“Check in was confusing…no instructions were given.”

“I was disappointed because the pictures on the website showed a nice clean updated room with a glass enclosed shower. The room I was given was old a rundown, hadn't seen a paintbrush in at least a decade, and had a basic tub in the bathroom. When I asked was told that there were no other room available. They should actually show you the room your getting or update all the rooms. Sadly the inside looks like a dump just like the outside. Next time I'll spend $20 more and go to the Best Western”

“Hotel moderno, con tutti i servizi. Camera molto ampia, servizi in camera,pulita e funzionale. Colazione buona, comodo per lunghe soste e se si ha l'auto”

“Loved the pool and friendly staff. Great place to stay for those hiking the Bruce Trail (Toronto section). Quiet and convenient to many restaurants. We will be back.”

“Everything was fantastic. I had the chance to have dinner in the restaurant for three nights and I was extremely impressed! I was able to try three different entrees and they were fantastic. I sat at the bar and Dustin was my server. He was fantastic! Courteous, prompt, friendly, attentive and super nice guy. Pleasant second visit!!”

“Overall good stay, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Property is definitely beginning to show its age, but for the price, can't complain too much. Pool was a bit cold but still enjoyable. On-site restaurant has all day happy hour on Friday and Saturday which was awesome.”

“Not a fault to the staff but the hotel smelt so badly of smoke and weed on every floor. There was an incident with a man that had been staying there and was intoxicated. He entered the pool area and started to strip in front of our young children. Cops were called and he was arrested.”

“I didn’t get breakfast but when I purchased through Expedia, I was told I will get breakfast and airport shuttle. I was not provided an airport shuttle either. I had to pay a shuttle out of pocket. Same as breakfast”

“Was kind of meh, nothing special and our stay might have been better if there wasn’t a bunch of teenage boys running around making noise and a mess at the pool. Not the hotels fault but I didn’t find this as convenient or nice as other places I’ve stayed in the area, so not sure I’d recommend”
