“Utilizzato come base per la raggiungere new york. Pulito. Ottima colazione. Abbondante e di tutto. Caffè e succhi disponibile sempre. Personale gentile ”

“It was difficult to find my room because there were two buildings and the staff didn’t tell me which one it was in. The scrambled eggs were good, but hot food wasn’t out for breakfast half the mornings making breakfast inconsistent.”

“It's a nice place for fun, but not if you want a quiet place, to much noise. The doors are heavy and loud, you can hear people talking, laugh, TV loud in other rooms.”

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”

“Bugs all over room floor in first room. Second room smelled like smoke. Did not stay at hotel. Did get money back from Expedia.”

“The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere.”
